Today I did a simple activity with BirBir using glue, some papers, and some uncooked kidney beans. I simply squeezed some glue on the paper in a big R shape (I used card stock to ensure it is nice and strong). Then I gave BirBir the kidney beans and showed her what to do by doing the first one.
Easy, peeeeeezy!
While she’s doing the gluing of the beans, I was reinforcing the letter R and the sound it makes. It’s also a nice activity to exercise her tiny, teeny fingers- fine motor skills 🙂
